What it does

Sensors on make-up, blowdown, fills, drains and sanitary lines, plus utility meter reads and energy data.
A water balance by source and by line, recomputed continuously, with a trust score on every sensor.
A record per reading window: input, plan, action, output, verification, PASS / HOLD / FAIL, hash-chained.
Indirect water (from electricity) shown separately. Never hidden in a total.
A monthly Water Statement a council, a regulator or a First Nation can verify line by line.

What it is not

Guardian does not treat water and does not control equipment. It measures, checks and signs.
