Water OS
The operating system for a water system: monitor, diagnose, predict, optimise, and, within hard limits, control.
Every plan is written to the ledger before it is executed, and the constraint layer must clear all twelve rules first.
A meets the spec at a third of B’s energy. B is held in reserve and selects automatically if conductivity passes 780 µS/cm. C fails the microbial margin.

A modular treatment and reuse unit whose effective train the AI can change with valves, not with a rebuild.

RO is the energy lever. With the battery under 40% and demand covered from storage, the compiler keeps RO bypassed and raises UV dose instead. A person can pin any module.
Backwash timing · recovery within ±5% · UV dose up only · storage and energy schedule. Everything else is a proposal a person approves. Divert-to-waste is a spring-return valve the AI cannot hold open.
Twin
A simulation of a site's water system used to test every model before it is allowed to act.
No model reaches control of anything until it has passed every scenario in this library, in simulation, then in shadow mode against the live site.
