Nobody is allowed to run water autonomously until they can prove it is safe. So we start by proving, and every verified site earns the right to the next layer.

Now · 2026-27

We measure and sign it

Sensors on the lines that matter. A closed water balance every fifteen minutes. A trust score on every instrument. A signed, chained record. A monthly Statement a council can read. An agreed envelope that tightens as the basin does.

Next · 2027-28

We advise, then act

Contamination and demand forecasting. Water traded against energy so the site spends the cheaper one. The Treatment Compiler choosing the path, advisory first and then inside hard limits. The Node treating and reusing water on site.

Later · 2028+

We run it

A public basin ledger. Shared forecasting across every node in a watershed. Water sold by the verified cubic metre. Community nodes, which is the reason the company exists.

We verify water so that one day we can be trusted to run it.
